Brewery reps were on hand to talk you through their region’s offerings and advise on how you can expand your beer offering in the most profitable way.
Cider Orchard
Responding to increasing demand for over-ice and premium ciders, the Cider Orchard showcased some of the best ciders on offer to publicans this year. New improvements to pear cider production lines are changing the cider landscape; cider reps were on hand do talk you through the coming changes and how best to profit from them.
The 3663 Food Experience
The 3663 Food Experience provided three full days of tailored live cooking demonstrations, offering everything from coffee & pastries, starters and sweets to simple soup menus.
The Beer School
The Beer School provided lectures on best practice, increasing profitability, matching your food list with your beer list, and many more subjects tailored to the current market.
The Local
With 32 regional ales to sample, including the award-winning ‘A over T’ and ‘I can’t believe it’s not bitter’, The Local demonstrated how a carefully chosen cask ale offering can boost sales.
Bar Academy
World champion cocktail makers were on hand to teach you how to make cocktails that fit your pub’s atmosphere and market.
The Publican Theatre
The Publican Theatre remained a hub of ideas over the three days of the exhibition. The Sell More Save More panel provided advice on how to maximise sales and minimise wastage, while the Proud of Pub sessions offer money-making ideas from some of the most passionate and successful people in the pubs industry.
