We provide a complete turn-key design & build service. This means that Metro take ownership for the complete delivery of a move or refurbishment project, including building control, health & safety, DDA, landlord approval and local authority approval.
These services also includes the installation and design of air conditioning, electrical systems, IT solutions and space planning.
We also undertake all internal construction elements and our designer will advise the most cost effective options for products and finishes.
Once on site, the Metro Project Manager takes responsibility for the performance and scheduling of all of the contracted companies that are retained by us to deliver a project.
The design & build process starts with consultation. Metroís experienced team discover how a company works and how its employees interact with one another, the aspirations of employees and the future needs of an organisation as a growing entity.
At the end of the consultation period Metro prepare a comprehensive scheme proposal document. This includes a financial breakdown on the potential costs of all of the individual components of the fit-out, general arrangement drawings showing the layout of each floor (inclusive of computer generated 3D visualisations) and a programme of works that indicates a fixed timetable and schedule; free of any obligation or fee.
We will also handle dilapidations of your existing office space and can also help short list potential buildings by offering free space audits.
