An initial 10 day extensive training 'Academy' prepares you to start, manage and develop your lawn care franchise. You will be provided with extensive technical and business training, marketing advice and information on how to acquire and retain customers. During this time, you will also qualify for the National Proficiency Council (NCPT) certification. TruGreen franchisees support is led by Steve Welch who has 30 years experience in the turf industry. On-going training and business advice is available whenever required.
