Notes

Should there be a proposed development of the adjacent land then there is the prospect of a payment being made to the owner’s of the Altavia.
The owner’s of an adjoining hotel have applied for consent for the demolition of two buildings and the construction of 46 flats with associated parking. This application has yet to be determined.
