Within half an hour drive you can reach the city of Granada with the world famous Alhambra, and if you drive 25 minutes the other direction you reach the beaches of the Costa Tropical.

The house, parts of which date back 250 years, has been carefully restored, preserving most of its original beams and using traditional materials. It is situated on a square for easy access and offloading. 

The accommodation consists of 6 bedrooms (5 double and 1 single) all with their own shower/bathroom.

Guests can also enjoy the use of the sitting room, dining room (both with fireplaces), a “Mexican/Moroccan Patio” with a small plunge pool and of a large roof terrace with sensational views of the valley, the village and the surrounding mountains including the Alpujarras and the Sierra Nevada. 

On the ground floor is a bedroom with shower room for disabled guests, with access to the dining room and the patio.

The owners'; bedroom and office are located on the first floor. There is also an additional balcony on the same floor that is for private use only. The spacious kitchen on the ground floor has direct access to the dining area and to the patio and it has a pantry attached. On the ground floor are also an extra guest toilet and a large store room.

With the house comes a plot of land of approximately 1500m2, in a different location in the village. It is a real bonus and the ideal spot to get away from it all. It is one of these unique places in the valley where you imagine being in a different world. It has 18 mature olive trees, 2 mandarins, 3 lemon trees and about 35 orange trees and 1 nispero.
The land does not have easy access by car, where you park the car it is then a 5 minute walk to the location.

The house is officially registered at the ministry of tourism.
