Our clients have continually developed and improved the business introducing new lines and income streams which have enhanced the business massively and in particular shows in the year on year increase in turnover and profitability. They have invested time and money into the business and premises to the point where it is in full walk in condition. A large extension was built onto the side of the house in 2008, adding a further 2 double
bedrooms, bathroom and the existing kitchen was extended. Currently used as owners accommodation, this part of the house could easily be converted into a private two bed flat with separate access from the side of the house.
The business has been run at a pace to suit our clients lifestyle, meaning that there is scope for a future purchaser to further develop the business by introducing evening dining to increase the turnover.
This is a fantastic opportunity to purchase an established business, which is a great base to build upon and as such early viewing is highly recommended as this tremendous business is not to be missed.
