This popular B&B is located on the outskirts of Coin within walking distance to the town centre with its many bars and restaurants.
The current owners reformed the property to an exceptionally high standard with magnificent mature sub-tropical and walled gardens and many secluded relaxation areas to allow the guests privacy to relax and enjoy their stay.
There are 5 guest rooms with ensuite bathrooms plus owners accommodation. The guests also have use of a lounge/reading room with open fire, bar area, laundry room and dining room.
Each guest room is designed and decorated in the theme a different location.
Guest Room 1. Cuba.
One of the largest rooms, decorated in the theme of ‘Cuba' A ROLL TOP BATH is the main feature of this room sitting on an elevated plinth. The room is beautifully decorated with prints from the owners travels. The w/c is separate as is the wash area which is separated by a partisan wall. The room is very well deigned with fitted warbles and double patio doors leading to the private terrace.
Guest Room 2. Tassili
Tassili has a moroccan feel, with decor in warm reds and coppers. A Moroccan styled arch leads to the bathroom with walk-in shower area. The room again has fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and double doors leading to a private patio.
Guest Room 3. Asia
This room feels very calm and tranquil. Decorated in golds and blues with beautiful soft furnishings and wall art. A partial wall separate the bathroom/shower area from the main bedroom. The bedroom also has a separate walk-in shower
Guest Room 4. Andalucia
This has a traditionally Spanish and very homely with a large walk-in shower, fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading to the gardens.
Guest Room 5
This room is not currently rented out to guests. It is used a massage room and for the owners family and friends when they visit the property, it could be used as a fee paying accommodation if required.
The owners currently occupy a extremely large studio upstairs with lovely views of the garden. The room feels extremely spacious with high vaulted ceilings and bags of light from the many windows benefits from lovely vistas. They have a large, recently renovated ensuite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe.
The kitchen is very well equipped. The owner is keen cook so that kitchen appliances are of a high standard. With conventional oven, steam oven, professional fridge freezer. The room has many fitted units with lots of storage space.
The dining room has direct access from the kitchen and inner courtyard. Breakfasts and evening meals (at an additional cost) are served.
The lounge is accessed from a beautifully presented hallway. The lounge is an area where guests can relax, read and watch TV in front of the open fire which is lit during the winter months.
The laundry room is there for the use of the owners and guests.
The gardens are particularly beautiful, with mature planting surrounding the pool area. The garden feels very private and secluded and also has a private walled garden with water feature. This area is particularly relaxing, the perfect spot for guests to relax and read.
The B&B has a high rating and many excellent referrals.
A separate garage is used for storage. There are two parking areas with separate entrances with direct access to the rental rooms.
