The Franchise Package
The unique Agency Express franchise package requires an investment of £21,500 plus fully claimable VAT and has been carefully designed to get your business up & running straight away.
The Franchise Package Includes:
- Territory licence: A 10-year renewable franchise agreement to trade under the fully protected Agency Express identity (European Trademarked) within your own exclusive territory.
- Fully sign-written van: The deposit paid on a new Renault Master van supplied complete with Agency Express graphics, removable racking and satellite navigation system.
- Specialist tools and equipment.
- Corporate clothing.

- Public liability insurance: The premium paid on your first 12 months' public liability cover (£5,000,000)

The Negotiator Awards celebrates the successes and achievements of those within the residential property market. On Tuesday 3rd November 730 of the industries finest attended the dazzling Negotiator Awards ceremony at The Hilton Park Lane Hotel, where the winners were presented with their awards by comedian and actor Alistair McGowan. Agency Express were selected among the top 7 finalists for the ‘Supplier of the Year – Products and Services’ category and were delighted to be announced as the Bronze award winner.

Agency Express proudly announce their recent Bronze award for ‘Supplier of the year’ at The Estate Agency of the Year Awards 2014 in association with The Sunday Times and sponsored by Zoopla Property Group.
On Friday 5th December, over 650 leading estate agents from throughout the UK attended a glittering ceremony at The Lancaster London Hotel, where the winners of the most highly regarded awards in the estate agency industry were revealed. The winners were presented with their awards by Michelle Mone OBE, one of the UK’s most successful female entrepreneurs and founder of international lingerie brand, Ultimo, with renowned journalist, author and newsreader Penny Smith acting as compere.
Award winners were decided following a rigorous and thorough judging process by a panel of 19 industry experts who assessed initial entry submissions before conducting an extensive review of the entrants, which included over 150 hours of telephone interviews and mystery shopping exercises. The whole of the judging process was overseen by The Property Ombudsman, Christopher Hamer, and Mark Hayward, Managing Director of the NAEA acted as Arbiter.
Commenting on Agency Express’s achievement the judges said: As the leading supplier of specialist agency board services, the numbers surrounding Agency Express are staggering. The team makes 500 property visits per hour from 110 operating centres to erect, maintain and retrieve boards. It is the only agency board management company to offer daily nationwide services, which are scheduled through its custom-built online management system. This was developed in-house to ensure its functionality met the exacting requirements set out by the directors, at a significant cost to the business. Use of this free system has helped coordinate board distribution, changeover and removal leading to a smoother, quicker operation for all clients whether single office independents or national corporates. Use of the Agency Express service is proven to save customers a meaningful sum – mainly through the prevention of board loss and by increasing the number of instructions a board can achieve.
The Estate Agency of the Year Awards are now in their twelfth year as a dedicated competition, these awards have become widely recognised as the most prestigious and difficult to win. With more entrants than ever before, over 5,000 offices were represented this year, but only the very best of the best were crowned as winners.

Held within the Grand Ballroom of the opulent Hilton Park Lane and hosted by comedian Alexander Armstrong, over 750 of the country’s top agents, suppliers and some of the industry’s most influential people waited in anticipation for the 2014 winners to be revealed.
The 2014 Negotiator Awards has been deemed the largest to date with a record number of over 360 agencies and suppliers entering across the UK.
