The business is offered with the remainder of a 10-year lease commencing April 2013. The passing rent is £10,000 p.a., which increases to £11,000 in 2014 and £12,000 in 2015. The first rent review shall take place in 2016. The lease is renewable under the terms of the Landlord & Tenant Act, 1954.
