The property extends in total to approximately 5 acres (2.023 ha) of land, formerly the walled gardens of Aberlour House and almost entirely enclosed within the original brick and stone estate wall. We understand the wall is Listed as being of historical interest.
At the time of our inspection, 27 static holiday caravans were sited, 2 of which are hire fleet and the remainder being in private ownership and paying an annual pitch fee. In addition, there are 5 developed static pitches currently unoccupied and a further 6 grass static pitches where services are available. These are currently used to accommodate touring caravans.
A total of 35 touring caravan pitches are provided, 16 of which have all-weather bases. Each pitch has an electric hook-up point.
The children’s play area is equipped with a slide, climbing frame, swings and a sand pit.
The developed park covers the majority of the area though in the centre of the park there is a lightly wooded area where there is room to accommodate approximately 16 tents under the 28 day ruling.
Aberlour Gardens Caravan Park is well located for touring both the Spey and Fiddich valleys. Aberlour is in the heart of the ‘Malt Whisky Trail’ with many local distilleries to include Glenfiddich and Macallan 3 miles, Glen Grant 5 miles and Glenfarclas 6 miles.
