THE BUSINESS
The business has been established for very many years, with the park achieving a turnover for the year ending 31st October 2010 of £110,745, producing a gross profit for the period of £90,773 and an adjusted net profit of £50,332.
For the 2012 season the tariff for static caravans will range between £160 and £595 per week.
Touring caravans and camping charges (to include a tent or caravan, 1 car and 2 adults) will range from £10 to £15 per night (£12.50 to £18.50 for a service pitch), with additional charges made for awnings (£2), additional persons (£2), children under 5 (£1), PUP tents (£2) and extra cars (£1.50).
