NUCIG vs Smoking Health Act Ban 2006
The NUCIG can be used legally indoors where traditional smoking may be restricted and
prohibited. The Statutory Definitions of the Smoking Health Act Ban 2006 state
'Smoking includes being in possession of lit tobacco or
of anything lit which contains tobacco or being in
possession of any other lit substance in a form
in which it could be smoked'.
The key terms in the legislation
are smoke(ing) and lit, because a substance will have
to be lit in order for smoking to take place. The
NUCIG is neither lit or produces smoke, but the
NUCIG smoke is a process of evaporation and is
simply an odourless water based vapour.
As a result of the above, there is no breach of the
Health Act in using the NUCIG. The NUCIG can legally
be smoked where the Smoking ban prohibits smoking
a normal tobacco based cigarette in bars, restaurants and other public places.
NUCIG products are fully EU Safety CHIP Directive compliant and use Trading
Standards compliant packaging/labeling and safety logos. |

How does an Electronic Cigarette work?
The Electronic Cigarette works in the following way: the user inhales on the electronic
cigarette, this causes an air flow sensor to signal to the inbuilt microprocessor to
activate the atomizer. The atomizer converts the liquid nicotine in the cartridge into a
vapour using heat (atomization). The vapour is inhaled
by the user. Simultaneously, a water based vapour is
released from the glycol by the atomizer to resemble
"smoke". This "smoke" has no risk to its user or persons
around them.
The base liquid of the cartridge is a mixture of liquidnicotine,
tobacco extract flavourings and propylene
glycol. The liquid contains no harmful chemicals, unlike
a typical tobacco based cigarette.

How the business works?
With this business there is no selling involved. We provide you with 10, 20 or 40
(depending on your investment level) established retail outlets, which in turn retail the
products directly to the end user. With the recipe of a unique sale or return supply
agreement, eye catching displays and prime positioning of the products you are sure to
have successful, profitable and more importantly REPEAT business.
As a distributor you will be self employed and therefore responsible for the day-to-day
running of your business. Looking after 40 outlets should be no more than 4 days work
each month. This gives you plenty of flexibility and time to increase the number of
