Location Details:
The principal property occupies an exclusive location on the Kent/London borders, the Receiving unit being only 5 minutes drive away.
Lease Terms:
With respect to the principal property, our Client owns the Freehold interest, and is willing to grant a new 20 year lease, subject to upward only rent reviews every fourth year, at a commencing rent of £42,500 per annum. With respect to the Receiving Unit, this will comprise a new Tenancy Agreement, to be granted for an indefinite period, with the landlord and tenant being able to bring the agreement to an end with 6 and 3 months prior written notice respectively. The rent will be in the region of £18,000 per annum.
