THE BUSINESS:

Our client is a specialist recruiting business and is currently seeking 2 new franchisees for the South West of England. Territories available are: 1) Torbay 2) Truro 3)

Our client has been established for over 25 years and supplies upwards of 7000 private and public sector customers each year ranging from large multi nationals to smaller local companies. Other key points about the business: a) National network with around 95 offices across the UK b) Dedicated national sales team c) Market leader in sector d) Full members British Franchise Association e) Gross annual turnover approx. £60 million.

Franchise terms
We are advised that successful candidates will be offered an initial 5 year agreement. Subject to satisfactory business perfomance during the first term and the approval of a business plan for a second term then a new 5 year franchise agreement is granted

Two new territories are available. Truro (Tr postcodes) and Torbay (TQ postcodes)

Expansion potential:Franchisees should aim to build turnover to £750k per annum by year 5 and then continue to build sales to £1 million and aboveSupport & training:Intensive 2 week training course followed by ongoing supplementary training. Comprehensive marketing support nationally and locally. Assistance with tele-appointing. Centralised invoicing. Benefit of nationally negotiated contracts. Local business launch progrtamme. Services of dedicated Area Support Manager.

Lease Terms:

Our client advises they have recently launched a scheme to help those buying new franchises to finance their purchase of the initial 5 year basic licence fee. Providing a prospective franchisee can find 30% deposit then our client will provide funding for the balance on commercial terms over a 2-year period.
