This company operates in a niche market sector supplying fully trained maintenance staff to the rail industry. In order to fulfill this brief the business has established itself as both a training supplier and a railway company..Every year they supply around five hundred fully trained staff to sub contractors working for Network Rail.

There are presently twenty thousand miles of railway track requiring renewal or maintenance. The business has its own leasehold training venue with five miles of track-side access, one hundred meters of permanent track with points and a crossing. As from December of 2009 the business will have an additional training unit with offices and a training room.
