Owner operated by our Client Ted Comiskey, Unison recruits purely permanent staff for a wide range of engineering based skills that include electronics (hardware & software), computers, mechanical, scientific and chemical engineering positions.

Having established himself and Unison Recruitment (UK) Ltd firmly in the specialist engineering recruitment sector, Ted has decided to pursue a sale or merger of the Company in order to ensure the future development of the company, within a changing market and industry.

The decision to sell or merge has been further enhanced by clear changes within the industry. More recently a wider range of services are sought by Unison’s clients. To meet this demand from both existing and future clients it is of the utmost importance that Unison expands. The Company has all the expertise required, but Unison needs the necessary funding and investment to do so.

Ted has over thirty years experience within the recruitment industry and is keen to pass this expertise on to a suitable acquirer as part of any agreed Company sale or merger. It is for this reason that all options for sale, merger and after sale consultancy or employment are considered.
