Remember the successful applicant will have a very large area that will be his or her terriotry, so potential to generate high earnings.
You will have post code and area protection
Any potential applicant will have no outgoing cost appart from the annual rental of £8,320. Renewable every 12 months.

Expected income . This depends on the amount of sales and lettings generated.
