Leave Torrington on the A3124 towards Exeter/ Winkleigh. Follow the road for approximately 2.5 miles and then take the turning left at Woolleigh Bridge signposted Roborough. Continue along this road for approximately 1.5 miles until reaching Whitsleigh Crossroads and take the right turn signposted Roborough. After approximately 1/2 a mile there will be a grass island on the right hand side with a For Sale board clearly displayed. The property can be found at the end of the track.
From Barnstaple take the A361 and take the Bishops Tawton exit (A377) signposted Credition. Follow this for approximately 6 miles where upon reaching the junction before Umberleigh take the right turn onto the B3227 signposted Torrington/Atherington. Upon reaching the small village of Atherington, take the immediate left past the Tearooms and follow this road for approximately 4.5 miles. Following the B3217.
