Internal stairs lead up to the first floor where there is a large open plan office area.

Externally, to the side of the brewery, there is a large yard and hard standing, 2 x hop container stores and a waste tank, along with a reed bed.

The private residence is a traditional 2-storey Cumbrian longhouse, which has been fully refurbished with superior fixtures and fittings and is immaculately kept and well maintained. The house provides substantial 4-bed accommodation, as well as a 2-bed annex.

The main entrance leads into the property. To the ground floor there is a large lounge with feature fireplace housing a multi-fuel stove, a second lounge with multi-fuel stove, dining room, fitted dining kitchen with Aga and rear exit door.
