Hotel Babylon is a fascinating and unique hotel situated in a prime location in Blackpool which benefits from offering two car parking spaces

as accommodation for friends and family of the owners. This could very easily be utilised as a 15th letting room. This suite conforms to the same high standard of presentation as the rest of the hotel.
Each room has an individual theme, decoration is of the highest order. This makes for letting accommodation that is contemporary and stylish, adopting a somewhat boutique style in its approach as opposed to a more basic approach to presentation, that may be more familiar to a traditional Blackpool hotel.
The superb presentation of the letting rooms is carried through to a superb 32 cover dining room with an Incorporated bar area. This theme is even follow through to a superb catering kitchen which has received substantial investment in recent years. This is proven by the five star hygiene rating.
Another interesting feature of this striking hotel is the owners accommodation, this is no afterthought, as can sometimes be the case with Hotels. Occupying a basement area yet providing natural light, this offers three double bedrooms, one of which is en-suite, a kitchenette area and provides the same impressive standard of presentation as the letting rooms. A superbly presented lounge is located on the ground floor.
In summary, Hotel Babylon is an impressive proposition for any new owner. It stands apart from many other hotels on the market in Blackpool by virtue of its boutique presentation, level of investment and superb location.
