A number of rooms have pleasant outlooks over the town with sight of nearby Fells. Unusually these days, Sunnyside still provides a Guest Lounge, a lovely large room on the first floor. On the ground floor is a welcoming reception area/ hall, and the guest breakfast room easily providing space for fourteen persons. Also on the ground floor is a very well equipped “commercial” style kitchen, a separate utility room, and a private hallway leading to the owner’s accommodation comprising two double bedrooms, a bathroom, spacious lounge, and an office with useful link door direct to the guest reception area.
