Turnover for this year is forecast to be in excess of £100,000. There are however a number of areas where suitably qualified, growth minded purchasers could improve further. The most obvious example is food and drink related, as the establishment boasts a full size catering kitchen which is currently only used for breakfast. The dining room on the ground floor is beautifully appointed, with direct views of both the beach, town and harbour, and would be very popular if lunch and dinner were offered.
