We feel the property is ideal for B&B (Accommodates 22 in total) a very large family, or will suit anyone who needs a peaceful atmosphere i.e. authors , song writers , painters , or artistic people , the property has plenty of self contained accommodation so having lots of family and friends visiting becomes a pleasure rather than an intrusion. Also would suit holidays for Clients with Pets or construct attached Kennels/Cattery with permission of course.
Slight and Very Small Minus point. There is a typical Spanish dirt track road 0.5km long that leads from the main road to the property, we find this is a bonus as we have very little passing traffic, only neighbours, no robbery incidents in our time and our tranquillity is maintained.
Please note ideal vehicles would be 4x4, or with a reasonable floor clearance, not suitable low slung sport models. This single track could be easily and at a reasonable cost tarmac, should a future business application require it.

We have many more photos and plans for serious enquiries and the current owners make a point of saying, It is with much sadness that we have to sell our home , but we have to return to the Uk for health reasons both personal and family.
