The business operates mainly within a 15 mile radius of Liskeard, but retains loyal clients throughout East, South and parts of North Cornwall as well as in Plymouth, parts of West Devon and parts of the South Hams.

The business is registered with the Gas Safe Register and OFTEC, is Bpec qualified, City and Guilds Qualified, Multi Fuel Registered, is an accredited installer for Worcester Bosch and is a company member of the Institute of Plumbing and Heating Engineers, Grant approved partner - G-One accredited, Vokera approved contractor.

REASON FOR SALE:
Having run the business for more than 20 years the vendor is planning to semi-retire. However, he is quite prepared to work alongside a new owner on a part-time basis following the sale if this would be of assistance.
The business is currently run by the vendor, who undertakes both commercial and domestic installation and servicing works (working on the tools approximately three and a half days per week), assisted on the domestic side by a full time plumber/heating engineer.
A self-employed administrator works 3 days per week and payroll and bookkeeping work is currently outsourced.
