The hotel is 2- main seasons (summer season May to September, the winter season December to April). The property is just a short walk from the centre and the valley lift station of the Glockner cable cars.
The Villa Kaiser Franz Josef was built in 1925, rebuilt in 1993 and enlarged and in the year 2006 this property was completely renovated. The heating was renewed in 2011.
The property consists of ground floor, upper floor and penthouse. There is an underground car park of approximately 260 m2, for about 10 cars .
