Retail sales make up the largest proportion of the company’s revenue which was c.25% of total revenue in 2014, but in the same year the company had in excess of a further 50 regular trade customers, 96% of which have been returning customers for 3 years or more.
There has been a year on year upward trend in turnover in 2014 with an increase of 4% in domestic sales which due to the increased margin of these sales has increased overall gross margin in the year to 63.7%.
