Location Details:

The business operates from leasehold premises. The present owner pays a pepper corn rent, as there is an ongoing arrangement between them and the leaseholder. This arrangement can be continued by a successful purchaser and the owner of the lease. The office/workshop itself is situated above a Jewellery store and the admin area consists of 4 desks in two rooms plus secure walk in storage room and two safes.
