Countrywide franchisees are able to build high revenue businesses with a growing number of them in excess of a £1 million turnover with net profits of around 20%, ensuring strong financial security for their future.
The asking price of Countrywide Hertfordshire is £80,000, you would also need working capital of around £50,000. The franchisee that is selling this area also owns the Cambridge franchise. We don’t allow franchisees to have two areas anymore as the areas are so big it is impossible to exhaust the work in each area and franchisees are unable to give two areas 100%.
