The comprehensive range of attractively designed and well-constructed wooden buildings are all handmade to order to suit the client’s requirements and budget. They can be of any size or design, stained to blend in with their natural surroundings or painted a colour of the client’s choice to make them into an attractive garden feature.
The principal range includes traditional style garden studios and offices, boat houses, gyms, potting sheds, mini-barns and heavy duty garden sheds as well as stilted buildings which can be enlarged to provide novel accommodation for visitors and can be fully insulated and heated for use all year round. All timber is FSC sourced and pressure treated for durability, a choice of roofing materials is offered and all the windows are glass and double glazed. Self-assembly flat pack buildings of the same quality are offered at a more affordable price if preferred by the client, each kit being accompanied with clear instructions.
The range of play houses and hen houses are designed and constructed to create attractive and solidly built smaller timber structures for adults, children and small livestock. These include beautifully painted chicken and duck houses and wonderful stilted ‘tree’ houses, the ultimate play accessory for children of all ages.
The business also offers stabling solutions for the equestrian market which include mobile and fixed field shelters and looseboxes as well as internal stable partitions, including delivery and full installation if required.
The business is being offered with the benefit of the current website, the product designs and drawings as well as an inventory of basic equipment. The purchaser will have the opportunity of taking over the current rented workshop premises if desired although the business is eminently suitable for relocation anywhere in the UK. A VW LT35 LWB van is available by separate negotiation.
The vendor is willing to provide a consultancy service to the purchaser if an extended handover is sought.
The business, which was developed by the current owner, commenced trading in Sussex in 2005 and relocated to Dorset in 2011.

The business traded most successfully with the regular involvement of the vendor’s spouse who had responsibility for the coordination and implementation of the regular marketing campaigns and assisted with attendance at annual shows.
