Advent Business Sales is pleased to offer to the market, this well established cooker hood filters supplier which has been trading successfully since 1988.

The current vendor has been in ownership since its inception, and is now selling due to retirements.

This is a comparatively simple business as it now stands, having at present only two blue chip companies. In this respect we can visualise its prospective owner to be either a young entrepreneur who would be willing to expand the customer base, or an existing company who wishes to expand their range or as a bolt on to their current trade.

The product on offer are as follows:
• Plain polyester matting
• Carbon coated polyester matting
• Polyester matting that changes colour to indicate when it is full of filtered fat/oil residue.
All three of these products are supplied to the vendor for cutting to size and individual packaging & dispatch.

The business is currently run on a part time bases. Turnover could increase two fold if taken on full time with minimum effort

The vendor is willing to provide a hand over period if required.

Our clients business is conveniently located in the East Midlands, but could be re located anywhere in the U.K. The only requirement is an office space which could be at home and a small storage unit close by to sort, bag and box items ready for dispatch. Stock holding is absolute minimum as supply of materials is delivered from the supplier very quickly.
