This fire and flood damage restoration business has been established for 25 years. Strong links with major insurance assessors deliver work throughout Devon and Cornwall and further afield in the event of national flood emergencies. The vendor, who is IICRC qualified (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) employs contract staff as required.
The business also undertakes carpet cleaning, stain removal, odour remediation and house clearance work mainly in Torbay but further afield as required.
A 3 month training period is offered by the vendor and suitable formal courses are available at modest cost via nationally recognised bodies.
A substantial amount of equipment is included in the sale and a vehicle and trailer are available by separate negotiation.

OPENING HOURS:
A 24-7 service is offered, which does involve unsociable hours on occasions. However as flood work is largely season specific and to a degree predictable via weather forecasts the implication of being on call is not as demanding as at first it may seem.
Holiday cover is arranged via the major insurance assessor contacts in co-operation with other independent operators in the fire and flood restoration sector.
