It has four main contracts with a national property services company who work exclusively for City Councils and a number of additional commercial relationships with housing associations. Contracts include ground works, brickwork, fencing and internal works, roof repairs, and void property services to bring the premises back to a standard fit for habitation. The business also carries out a large amount of work for a National chain of Childrens Nursery’s . Their success in this sector has been based on their ability to understand and work around the sensitivities and demands of the client and to operate in challenging surroundings during the normal working day of the nursery’s. They are also extremely active in the major loss market and act on behalf of insurance companies working closely with a number of loss adjusters. In addition they have their own division which supplies scaffolding equipment to their contracts thus negating the need to bring in outside sub contractors. This increases efficiency and profitability.
