o Scale up the appointment setting service by the outsourced marketing company
o Train apprentices especially via colleges who are prepared to fund and provide the courses
o Applying for more tenders
o Providing NVQ training for the Construction Skills Certification System (CSCS), as well as other relevant and high demand training courses
