The Premises & Trading Facilities
The main trade areas include a main bar with fixed seating and log burner, and a dining/function room which can accommodate around 50 customers. The ladies and gentlemen’s WCs are presented to a good standard as is the catering kitchen, which is located to the first floor adjacent to the dining/function room. Externally there is a forecourt trading area to the front and a small enclosed garden to the rear.
There is no owners accommodation, the dining/function room could be converted back to living accommodation subject to the appropriate planning and regulatory consents.
