Location Details:
The Vine occupies a highly visible location in Freshwater town at the junction of Avenue Road with School Green Road. Unmissable to visitors travelling by car from the East of the Island and also those heading in the direction of the highly popular resort of Freshwater Bay. Freshwater is the most important town in the West of the Island with an immediate population of around 5,000. The geographic features of the area - Tennyson Down, Alum Bay and Yarmouth Harbour amongst others - attract a wide range of tourists as the season for the purely beach holiday extends by walkers, sailors, cyclists, fishermen and golfers on Freshwater's cliff top course as well as those pursuing the cultural history of the area with Alfred Lord Tennyson and Julia Margaret Cameron amongst the Victorian artistic community.
Lease Terms:
The property will be let on a new 3 year tenancy with the tenant enjoying the security of tenure provisions of The Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
Trading Hours:
11.00 a.m. to 11.00 p.m. Monday to Saturday Mid-day to 10.30 p.m. Sunday Food is served until 3.
