This NEWLY REFURBISHED very popular busy freehouse has been in the same family ownership for over 10 years, and previously for 15 years. Located on the edge of town, the property is suitable to cater for parties and events etc. The owners are constantly upgrading the property – the walls and fencing in the Beer Garden have recently been replaced.
This is the only pub in the town to serve food all day, drawing in families and tourists returning from their day at the beach, within only two miles, and one mile from Pembrokeshire Coastal Path which draws many tourists all year round. It is also the only pub in town with its own car park and, being a member of “Brit Stops”, means motorhomes can stop overnight in the car park, and spend a happy evening dining at the pub.
This is the closest pub to Fishguard Caravan Park (approx 500m) which is open 1st March to 31st October.
The pub is also supported extremely well by the locals, and is the home base for many teams/clubs including:-
Local Football Club (two teams)
Local Round Table Group for monthly meetings, including several events.
Two Mens Darts Teams
Local Quiz League Team
Welsh Language Coffee Group (bi-weekly)
