The Anchor is a large one room operation with separate areas for dining and drinking. The pub also has a kids zone and a section for pool/darts plus Sky Sports. Internally the Anchor is in good condition throughout. Outside there is a smoking shelter which backs onto a garden.
The private accommodation consists of three bedrooms, a lounge, a kitchen and a bathroom, all of which are in reasonable decorative order.


The local area is made up of mixed residential housing and new apartment buildings around Brownhills. The road the pub is situated on leads into Brownhills town centre and there are good local schools nearby.

The pub currently attracts local residents from the large surrounding estates and some passing trade. The Anchor does well with live entertainment, charity events and utilising the great beer garden along with sky sports. There are sports teams at this site however this is an area for more development by the new retailer.


The Anchor currently trades at £7,000 per week. There is a great food opportunity at this pub which the new retailer should look to enhance. • You retain 22% of all sales made

• A £5,000 security deposit and £360 legal fees apply
