The Fourways pub is a community local pub located in a prominent position on the main crossroads of Blyth.

The pub has a restaurant area with 70 covers and a bar area which can be used for sports games or casual dining. The site also boasts an external beer terrace which is great for the summer months and the pub also has a large car park. There are six letting rooms which can provide an additional source of income.

The private accommodation consists of three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom which are all in good condition. One of the letting rooms could be used by a staff member is required.

Local area and customer base

Blyth is an affluent village located just off the A1. It is known for providing food and accommodation for travellers and tourists and this has been the story of Blyth for over 900 years. The village is predominantly residential with some shops and amenities.

Currently the Fourways attracts a diverse range of customers including locals, businessmen, tourists and diners from surrounding villages. The Sunday carvery and cask ales are popular with customers.

•You retain 22% of all sales made

•Training is provided free of charge
•A £5,000 security deposit and £360 legal fees apply
•You will be required to obtain independent advice from a qualified accountant, RICS qualified surveyor and qualified solicitor at your own cost
