Anstey is a large village in Leicestershire, located North West of Leicester in the borough of Charnwood. The pub is situated in a large residential area with shops and schools within easy walking distance.
The pub currently attracts a good cross section of the community, for drinking, traditional pub games and dining. Opening the function room will give the house the ability to draw clubs and other groups to further build on sales.

The successful candidate does not necessarily require experience within the trade as we will be able to offer a varying degree of assistance to the right operator. They will however need to be able to maintain the excellent standards which are in place and demonstrate having the ability to grow the business.
