The ground floor has a lounge bar with return bar servery and seating for in excess of 40 customers, a games room with double sided log burner to the lounge bar and seating for around 8-10 covers and open access through to the dining room which accommodates around 16 covers. There are ladies and gentlemen’s WCs and a catering kitchen serving the main trading areas. Externally, gated access onto the car park provides access through to a paved outside seating terrace and a former detached stable block which could be converted to provide 3 en-suite letting bedrooms.
