With lounge bar having bar servery, customer seating and ladies and gentlemen’s WC facilities, providing open access through to the restaurant which comfortably accommodates around 70 customers. There is also a commercial catering kitchen with ancillary areas. The letting accommodation comprises 11 superbly presented bedrooms all with en-suite facilities. Externally is a well presented courtyard trading area with customer seating, and extensive customer car parking to the side and front elevations.
One of the letting rooms which is currently configured to provide a family room has previously been used as self contained managers/owners accommodation, and can be used again for this purpose dependant on the new owners accommodation requirements.
