The ground floor trading area has a lounge bar with return bar servery and customer seating and additional snug area. The restaurant has seating for around 40 customers, and ladies and gentlemen’s WCs serve the main trade areas in addition to a commercial catering kitchen with separate dry and preparation areas. Independent access leads to the owners accommodation with kitchen, lounge, conservatory, 3 double bedrooms and bathroom. Externally there is a seating terrace to the front of the property whilst to the rear is a well presented beer garden with children’s play equipment and car parking.
The accommodation is split over 2 floors with separate access located on the ground floor a well presented kitchen dining area, lounge and conservatory whilst to the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms and family bathroom with separate WC.
