The business is located in the centre of the picturesque village of Chiddingstone in Kent. Chiddingstone village is located approximately 8.5 miles to the West of Tonbridge. The stairs rise to the first floor where the lounge, dining room, kitchen and bathroom are located. There is also a small door (feature) which leads to bedroom 1 which used to be the ‘Tithe’ room. (Used in the middle ages for paying tax, the ‘Tithe’ room had the unusual feature of a small door for access as it prevented men from wearing swords into the room, this gave added security to the tax man.)
