To the rear of the ground floor are the gents, ladies and disabled cloak rooms, and a well-equipped commercial kitchen and freezer room.
The private quarters are located to the rear of the first floor, comprising of a staffroom/WC/office/storage room, off beyond this are steps giving access to two large attic bedrooms with loft space for storage. The entire property is located in a conservation area and to the front of the building, accessed via the spiral staircase from the main bar area, is a first floor roof top sun terrace affording far reaching sea and estuary views. It should be noted there are plans drawn up to extend the roof terrace, providing an enclosed balcony area increasing the capacity of the restaurant.
The Bar and Restaurant opens 7 days a week from 12-2pm and 6pm onwards. (At the moment it closes on Sunday nights and Mondays during the closed season).
