The Premises & Trading Facilities
To the ground floor there is a charming, well presented lounge bar with feature fireplace and seating for around 30 customers, the village bar, snug lounge accommodating 20 customers and passage bar which provides access through to all other trading rooms. There is also a separate games room, and a function room with separate access, bar servery and can accommodate over 70 customers. There are ladies and gentlemen’s WCs and a catering kitchen within easy access of the main trading areas. There is generous 4 room owners accommodation to the first floor whilst to the outside there is a privately enclosed lawned garden trading area with children’s play equipment and a paved seating terrace.
