The Proposition.

This is a low cost opportunity to become a Legal Services Consultant with your own home based business. You do not need any prior knowledge, just a willingness to learn.

The cost is £5,000 and this includes full professional training and an exclusive area.

The aim is to have you up and running, and earning money within 1 month of commencing the training course, with full back up from ourselves to enable you to run a successful business.

At Richardsons Legal Services we commenced trading in 2007 and have developed a very viable business system.

In considering how to expand further in 2012 we have decided to take the route of offering an opportunity to others to join this lucrative and enjoyable business and benefit by our knowledge and experience.

A Legal Services Consultant is respected by his/her clients, there is no high pressure selling, and most new clients come by an advertising enquiry or referral. Two thirds of our enquiries result in a new client without any great effort.

You will not have to learn how to draft legal documents, this takes a lot more study and experience than you will need.

We give you professional training to enable you to go out, advise clients, take instructions and go back to oversee the signing of the legal documents.

Getting business can be the hardest part if you do not know how to go about it. We do know because we have evolved our marketing over several years to be successful.

The Products

Your bread and butter earnings will come from simple wills costing from £120 to £190 for a pair of mirror wills, There are far more enquiries for wills than for any other legal service. Many wills however have trusts added to give more protection to client’s assets.

The jam comes from Wills with Trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney. The general price range here is £520 for a single Lasting Power of Attorney or £650 for a pair of Dual Mirror Wills with a Protective Property Trust contained in the wills.

Lasting Powers of Attorney can be taken out by couples, but by far the biggest interest is from people over 60 years of age who have become widowed and wish to give someone they trust the power to act for them if they become incapable of acting for themselves

The cream of your earnings comes from Home Protection Family Trusts, and a package of a Will, a Lasting Power of Attorney, and a Trust. Price range generally £2,950 to £3,470.

On general products you keep 65% of the takings and we take 35% to supply you with all the support you need including the drafting of legal documents.

Home Protection Family Trusts packages work out slightly different as a Deed has to be drafted but your earnings are generally in excess of £2,000 on each case. It is very rare for anyone to order only a trust. It is generally a package.

Starting Part Time

You can start part or full time. Just a couple of calls a week can earn you very good money but if you start part time you must take into account that you will have to undergo the full training programme during the first month.

Marketing and obtaining business.

We train you how to do this based on our successful experience. There are many different ways to market your business including, advertising, networking, and receiving referrals from existing clients and other professional people.
