TRAINING and SUPPORT
Training programme
As a Racing Challenge franchisee, you will be invited to train at our Oxfordshire base in the Cotswolds for 4 days. The comprehensive training programme has been carefully designed to incorporate learning the business knowledge and practices that we have ourselves developed and used over the last 7 years to ensure our own success in operating the Racing Challenge and now which we are making available to our franchisees.
We arrange for your Super 4 trailer (and 4 X 4 if required) or Super 8 transporter to be liveried with your own local telephone number and issue you with your stationery, corporate race team clothing and apparel, and merchandise pack. We even supply a Ferrari flag and pressure washer!
Our Racing Challenge Operations Manual contains everything you will need to know about running your franchise operation. We will provide you with our bespoke marketing plan to get you started.
Launch and On-Going Support
During your initial first 6 months, by using our bespoke marketing action plan which has been honed and tuned over the last 7 years,and in conjunction with our sales and marketing expert, Chris Burch from Absolutely Sales Ltd. You will be guided and helped by us as you build your very own Racing Challenge business. We even pay for your initial promotion and Racing Challenge launch party!
We will also help you prepare your financial targets and budgets for the forthcoming year, to ensure that you really do fulfil your ambitions.
Once you are up and running, it is important to understand that you are not alone and have the benefit of our continuing support. Communication between franchises is also encouraged with the exchange of ideas almost a daily occurrence.
We understand the importance of networking and support, so we regularly arrange regional meetings across the U.K. and organise training workshops covering a different business topic each time, which you are invited to participate in.

The Investment
The minimum total investment you will need for a Super 4 franchise is £24,920 and for a Super 8 is £52,250.
