The business has an established ‘delivery round’ of circa 235 clients who are principally post offices, convenience stores, Costcutters and the like, who are in the Leicestershire, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire area. He tops up mostly exclusive product lines which include:

Overheads are very minimal as the business can be based at home. Net profits of circa £55,000 per annum should be easily achieved from the existing customers. Sales are approximately 78% Leicestershire, 16% Nottinghamshire and 6% Derbyshire.

EXPANSION POTENTIAL
The sales currently achieved are mainly in the Leicestershire area, the potential exists to grow both Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire to at least equal the best county. This would have the effect of achieving additional annual sales of circa £200,000 per annum
There is also the option of purchasing additional areas at separate negotiation. The areas available are;
• Northamptonshire
• Warwickshire
• West Midlands
• Staffordshire
Alternatively if just one area is required the vendor is prepared to sell the areas individually at a negotiated price.
