The riverside town of Bridgnorth stands either side of the River Severn in the heart of Rural Shropshire. The town has a population of approximately 12,500 and is one of the West Midlands most sought after residential locations commanding some of the highest property values in the Midlands.
The town is a vibrant centre being home to many shops, restaurants, pubs, offices, and businesses. It is the terminus for Severn Valley Railway which runs between Bewdley & Bridgnorth. It also has its own Castle Hill Railway which links the two parts of the town; Low Town and High Town and is the steepest and only funicular railway of its type in the country.
The Falcon Hotel is located in St John Street in Low Town on the northern banks of the river. The size and stature of this Coaching Inn dominates this part of the town and it dates back to the early 17th Century.
We are offering to let the ground floor bar and restaurant complex which was created with considerable investment some two years ago.
