Unbelievable, as I've saved hundreds on agents fees, by doing it myself.

Truly charming 4 bedroom B&B for sale in the Axarquia region (Malaga East) 10 minutes from the nearest town with all the services, 25 minutes from the beach, 35 from Nerja and 45 minutes from Malaga as well as many other towns with everything for visitors from outdoor activities such as golf, hiking, cycling, trekking, lakes, beaches and off course historic places of interest and plenty of tapas to enjoy a vacation everyone wants to repeat.
This B&B is a true small and traditional B&B since it offers very well done and comfortable rooms for guests, one of them a large family room which can accommodate 4, all rooms are decorated with warm colors in a Mediterranean style, have ensuite bathrooms,  private access from the terraces, comfortable beds, hot/cold AC as well as a common outside breakfast area and an 8X4m pool with views to the valley, guests can also make use of the indoor eating area and lounge/entertainment room with sofas, TV, books and games as well as enjoy coffee and drinks from the honesty bar which is fully stocked.
The owners keep to themselves a big and modern kitchen where they prepare breakfast for the guests and a living room, big bedroom with decent sized bathroom and a private garden, it’s of important note to mention the B&B has been done so that with very little work the whole house can be integrated into a big 3 bed/3 bath house with a guest room (family room).
There is parking on premises and a detached garage that is currently filled (but very organized) with the owners bicycles, golf clubs, and other things but the structure has a bathroom and the size to be converted into a self-contained unit (studio) or another family room, licenses would need to be applied for but this would give an extra source of revenue the owners felt they never needed. Several terraces give enough privacy to the guests while enjoying the mature gardens.
Most guests coming to this B&B enjoy using it as a base in between travels to nearby Granada and the Alhambra as well as Malaga and many towns of interest such as Nerja, Almunecar, Benalmadena, Fuengirola, Marbella and Antequera all within a 2 hr drive and then some travel as far as Sevilla and Cordoba but come back to the B&B to enjoy the peaceful environment.
The location of the B&B also attracts walkers and cyclists because of the nearby national park which is a walkers paradise. The owners being very service oriented (key to the great reviews they have) provide full descriptions of walking and cycling tours as well as organizing individually tailored packages. But of course, guests also come to the B&B just to relax and enjoy the mountain- and sea views.
While there are many really good restaurants in the nearby town the owners do offer a 3 course meal dinner most nights when fully booked as guests tend to want to stay in and enjoy the B&B and the common areas, the menu is simple but delicious and since the B&B has a full ‘Pension’ (similar to Hostel) you are allowed to serve food to guest.
The Region
The Axarquia region is the old name for the area east of Malaga and is a lesser known part of Andalusia, but therefore it is a quiet area. The name “Axarquia” is not Spanish, but Arabic and means ‘ Land in the East ‘. The Axarquia is characterized by a huge amount of small, white villages, which usually are beautifully situated in the wine hills. The community spirit is great and often social events are organized. Every village, no matter how small, has its own social associations. Also, every village has its own feast/fiesta, which often is celebrated grandly.
The landscape of the Axarquia can be compared a bit with that of Tuscany, also a wine region- but then rougher and drier. The climate of the Axarquia is the mildest in Europe. The high mountains of the Sierra Nevada in the North, keep away the cold northern wind. They also ensure that the warm Southern wind from Africa cannot escape. Therefore it can still be around 15 degrees in the winter.
The Sierra de Tejeda & Almijara is part of a mountain range parallel to the Mediterranean Sea. The mountains of the province of Málaga have a Mediterranean climate. The landscape varies from dry, desert-like slopes to exuberant greenery along the rivers. The summers are hot and dry, winters have more rain. In the area, there are a number of beautiful walking routes. Spring and autumn are best for walking holidays. Also, the winter is suitable, although cooler. July and August are the warmest months.
